Welcome to Day 3 of Denver Broncos camp. The first significant injury hit the team last week with inside linebacker Drew Sanders suffering a tendon injury that will keep him out of the lineup until the first part of the regular season. The position group is already one of the more thin groups on the roster, with each of the two starters coming off significant injuries. That is something we’ll need to keep an eye on throughout the rest of camp.
Head coach Sean Payton announced on Friday that the pads
were coming on today. Camp practices are always a bit more fun to review when the pads are on.
We’ll be tracking the days events and posting any interesting tidbits in this post today. Stay tuned at the end of each practice session as Scotty Payne will be publishing all of the news and notes from the Day 3 later this afternoon.
