The White Sox continue their road trip after sweeping the Pirates in Pittsburgh. Tonight they face the Rays in Tampa Bay. Will the winning momentum stay, or will luck end tonight?

Pitching-wise, the series will be evenly matched. Sean Burke gets the start for the Sox tonight, and currently owns an ERA of 4.36 in the 19 games he’s pitched this season. Not much to report on as far as the lineup goes. This is similar to what we’ve been seeing as of late, and it’s thankfully been working.

Batters will face Shane Baz (8-5). Baz owns an ERA of 4.17, but has a high strikeout rate, sitting at 107 on the season thus far. The Rays have had a rough time in the month of July, especially with their bullpen. Yandy Díaz on the other hand, has been tasked with carrying the team on his back.

First pitch is 6:35 p.m. CT. You can watch the game on CHSN or listen on ESPN Chicago 1000.
