Cambodia Airport Investment Co., Ltd. (CAIC) has chosen VINCI Airports, a subsidiary of the French-listed company VINCI, to operate the upcoming Techo International Airport in Phnom Penh. The agreement was signed by Pung Kheav Se, Chairman of CAIC, and Nicolas Notebaert, President of VINCI Airports. The airport is being developed by CAIC, a joint venture between OCIC and Cambodia's State Secretariat of Civil Aviation. This project aims to address Cambodia's growing aviation needs and is designed with a long-term vision for the next 50 years. VINCI Airports, which has been operating in Cambodia since 1995, was selected due to its extensive experience managing over 70 airports worldwide.
