Cadeler has signed a firm contract with Synera Renewable Energy for the transportation and installation of 35 Siemens Gamesa 14MW wind turbines at the Formosa 4 Offshore Wind Farm in Taiwan. The project, set to begin in March 2028, will utilize Cadeler's next-generation M-class wind turbine installation vessels. The contract is valued between USD$82-94 million. This agreement is part of Cadeler's strategy to expand its presence in the Asia-Pacific region, with ongoing negotiations for additional projects. The Formosa 4 Wind Farm will cover 58 square kilometers and is expected to provide 495 MW of clean energy upon completion.
