What's Happening?
The American Geophysical Union (AGU) is seeking nominations for impactful Earth science datasets that have significantly contributed to the understanding of Earth, space, and environmental sciences. These datasets are used in research, policy-making, and activities related to environmental disasters and conservation. AGU plans to recognize selected datasets in one of its journals and potentially in a special collection. Nominations are open until October 10, 2025, and contributors to selected datasets will be acknowledged in a journal commentary.
