ExxonMobil Baton Rouge's High School Internship Program offers students hands-on experience in STEM fields, preparing them for careers in engineering, technology, and industrial operations. The program has expanded from six interns in 2021 to 36 in 2025, selected from over 600 applicants. Interns receive professional development, mentorship, and real-world responsibilities, working in departments like Mechanical, Engineering, and Environmental. The initiative also includes college visits, community service projects, and soft skills training, aiming to build a diverse and skilled workforce.
