Tandem Investments has successfully completed the tenant lineup for its 10,645 sq ft roadside scheme on Canning Street in Burnley. The development, which includes a variety of businesses, is now fully let. Formula One Auto Centres was the first to secure a pre-let agreement and is already operational. Other tenants, such as Lucky B’s Hot Chicken, Angling Direct PLC, and Indigo Sun Retail Limited, are set to commence operations soon. Additionally, six parking spaces have been leased to an Electric Vehicle Charging company for a 20-year term, now operational under EON. This achievement marks a significant milestone for Tandem, which had initially acquired the site from a former Argos unit.
