The Palace Company has commenced construction on Moon Palace The Grand – Montego Bay, a $700 million resort project in Jamaica. The groundbreaking event was attended by Jamaican Prime Minister Andrew Holness and The Palace Company's CEO, Gibrán Chapur. The resort will feature 1,200 rooms, including overwater bungalows, and amenities such as 13 restaurants and bars, a large spa, a water park, and a FlowRider. The development is expected to generate approximately 3,000 jobs and aims to enhance Jamaica's position in the tourism sector.
