Lucid Motors, formerly known as Atieva, has expanded its manufacturing capabilities to support the growth of its electric vehicle lineup. The company rebranded as Lucid Motors in 2016 and announced plans to produce an all-electric luxury vehicle. Lucid's flagship factory, AMP-1, located in Casa Grande, Arizona, is designed with a 'future-ready' strategy to accommodate new platforms and vehicles. The facility currently builds 34,000 vehicles per year, with plans to increase production to 90,000 annually.
