This project includes a 3,350 square meter indoor market, restaurants, office spaces, a new square, arcade, an 800-space multi-storey car park, and a six-screen cinema. Additionally, residential units will be constructed, enhancing connectivity to the existing Northgate development and Chester city center. The second contract, worth £40 million, is for the Weaver Square regeneration in Northwich, which will feature 160 homes, a public square, and a food hall with shops. Vinci will oversee associated works such as sewer systems, landscaping, infrastructure, and access roads. The contracts were procured using an open procedure, and subcontractors include Bradley Demolition and Cawarden.
