Shivtek Spechemi Industries Ltd has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bodal Chemicals Ltd to acquire approximately 8 acres of land in Rajpura, Punjab. This acquisition is part of Shivtek's plan to establish a new specialty chemical manufacturing facility. The company has committed an investment of ₹50 crore towards the land acquisition and development of the plant. The facility will focus on producing chlorinated paraffin, chlorinated polyethylene, and green plasticizers, aligning with the global demand for sustainable materials. The strategic location near Bodal's existing chemical plant will enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce carbon footprints.
