This acquisition was made from Bukhansan Resort, an affiliate of Samjeong Company, under the Lupentis Consortium. The purchase price translates to approximately KRW89.8 million per key, representing a 92 percent discount to the hotel's market value. The property, which opened in August 2021, is situated on Mount Bukhansan and features a variety of amenities including food and beverage outlets, a sauna, a fitness center, pools, a jacuzzi, a figure museum, and meeting spaces. The hotel has been rebranded to ANTO, a new luxury brand of Hanwha Hotels & Resorts.
