Rumen Radev, abierto a dialogar con Rusia, gana las legislativas en Bulgaria
The former president Rumen Radev, an Eurosceptic who supports resuming dialogue with Russia, won an absolute majority in the elections in Bulgaria with the promise of ending corruption and political instability in the poorest country in the European Union.
