Taos Ski Valley: A Hidden Gem for Skiing in New Mexico
Taos Ski Valley, located in the southernmost Rockies of New Mexico, offers a unique skiing experience characterized by challenging terrain and breathtaking views. The resort features Al’s Run, an 1800-foot drop that is marked as a single black diamond trail, showcasing its demanding nature. At an elevation of approximately 12,000 feet, Taos is one of the highest ski destinations in the United States, yet remains relatively under-the-radar.
