Amazon Literary Partnership Awards $1 Million in Grants to Support U.S. Literary Organizations
Amazon has announced the recipients of its 2026 Amazon Literary Partnership grants, distributing $1 million to 102 literary organizations across more than 25 states. The grants aim to support a variety of literary initiatives, including youth-focused writing programs, residency programs, and publications. This year, the partnership continues its collaboration with the Academy of American Poets and the Community of Literary Magazines and Presses, awarding over 15 grants each. The funding will aid 20 literary magazines, 19 poetry organizations, and several other literary-focused entities. The initiative underscores Amazon's commitment to empowering writers and connecting them with readers, fostering a vibrant literary culture across the United States.
