Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida, is adopting Rainfall Health’s AI-driven platform to manage care coordination and meet regulatory quality reporting requirements under the federal Transforming Episode Accountability Model (TEAM). The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) launched TEAM as a mandatory, five-year alternative payment model for selected hospitals nationwide.
