Cleveland Enhances IT and Analytics Leadership with New Appointments
Cleveland has solidified its IT and analytics leadership by making Liz Crowe the permanent Chief Innovation and Technology Officer (CITO) and appointing Renee Raffalli as the new director of the Office of Urban Analytics and Innovation. Crowe, who served as interim CITO since February, has been with the city since 2022, focusing on data governance and public communication improvements. Raffalli, with extensive experience in local government, will lead efforts in urban analytics and innovation.
