King's Report Highlights Mobile Games as Key Economic Driver in Europe
King, the company behind Candy Crush Saga, has released a report emphasizing the economic impact of mobile games in Europe. The report reveals that over 1,000 European mobile game studios contributed nearly €6 billion to the economy in 2025, supporting more than 63,000 jobs. Mobile games now account for 55% of global video games revenue, underscoring their significance in Europe's creative and digital economy. The report highlights the sector's role in fostering growth, creativity, and digital innovation across the region.
