Celebrity chef Assaf Granit and Bat Shlomo Vineyards have partnered to introduce a new series of wines, starting with a rosé called Barely Pink, aimed at promoting Israeli wine on the global stage. This collaboration is part of a broader effort to use food and wine as tools for cultural diplomacy, showcasing Israeli identity and heritage. The wines will be available in Granit's upscale restaurants across major cities and through select online platforms. The initiative reflects a shared vision between Granit and Elie Wurtman, founder of Bat Shlomo, to build international bridges through culinary arts and hospitality.
