These areas offer more affordable housing options compared to urban centers, attracting buyers who seek a balance between city amenities and natural surroundings. The report highlights a trend where people are moving away from big cities to exurbs, driven by the desire for space, affordability, and access to nature. The Midwest has emerged as a particularly popular region, with six out of the top ten neighborhoods located there. This shift reflects a broader post-pandemic trend of people seeking more spacious and affordable living environments.
