Evansville Summer Concert Series Kicks Off May 16
The Evansville Vanderburgh Public Library (EVPL) Foundation has announced its 'Concerts on the Lawn' summer series, featuring live music performances at three library locations: EVPL Central, EVPL East, and EVPL Oaklyn. The series begins on May 16, 2026, and runs through August 15, 2026. Performances will take place on various evenings, with EVPL Central hosting concerts on Chestnut Street from 6 to 8 p.m., while EVPL East and EVPL Oaklyn alternate Friday performances from 6 to 7 p.m. The lineup includes local artists such as Jeremiah Galey, Corduroy Orbison, and Nina Snoogans. Attendees are encouraged to bring chairs, blankets, and snacks to enjoy the outdoor events.
