Middlesex County, New Jersey, Sues Major Oil Companies Over Climate Change Impacts
Middlesex County, New Jersey, has filed a lawsuit against several major oil and gas companies, including ExxonMobil, BP, Chevron, ConocoPhillips, Phillips 66, Shell, and the American Petroleum Institute.
