Davis, along with CJ Evins, used false identification and elaborate disguises to impersonate players like Michael Penix Jr. and David Njoku. The scheme involved setting up fake companies and securing loans under the players' names. The scam included 13 fake loans, with Davis and Evins allegedly using fraudulent documents and emails to deceive lenders. The players impersonated were not involved in the scam.
