Nolan Wells' Friend Denies Involvement in Death Amid Viral Speculation
Bart Edmiston Jr., a friend of the late Nolan Wells, has retained legal counsel to address online speculation linking him to Wells' death. Attorney Russell Latino has stated that a viral photo purportedly showing Edmiston with a woman linked to the case is being misinterpreted. The woman in the photo is not Katie McCormick, who social media users have attempted to romantically link to both Edmiston and Wells. Latino has denied any romantic involvement between Edmiston and McCormick and refuted claims of Edmiston's involvement in Wells' death. Edmiston has cooperated with investigators by providing access to his boat, GPS, and phone records. He plans to take legal action against those spreading false claims.
