Brazil's Nicnet Partners with Aprecomm to Enhance Fiber Gateway Performance
Nicnet, a prominent fiber optic Internet provider in Brazil, has announced a strategic partnership with Aprecomm, a company specializing in AI-driven network and customer experience solutions. This collaboration aims to improve broadband performance and customer satisfaction across Nicnet's network. Aprecomm's technology will be integrated into Nicnet's broadband gateways, providing intelligent WiFi optimization and cloud-based device management. The deployment of this technology is already in progress, with plans to cover 500,000 homes by the end of 2026. Aprecomm's platform is designed to support both residential and business subscribers, offering advanced AI and quality-of-experience algorithms that enable zero-touch networks. This means network issues can be identified and resolved automatically, enhancing user experience and reducing operational costs.
