RIVANNA Expands Clinical Study for AI-Enabled Fracture Detection System
RIVANNA has announced the expansion of its clinical studies for the Accuro XV musculoskeletal imaging system from two to eight sites across the U.S. This expansion is supported by funding from the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA). The study aims to develop the first automated fracture detection algorithm using volumetric ultrasound imaging. The Accuro XV system, which features AI-enabled decision-support capabilities, is designed to enhance fracture care by providing a portable, radiation-free imaging solution.
