Vietnamese Banks Accelerate Digital Transformation with AI and Data Integration
Vietnamese banks are advancing their digital transformation efforts by integrating data and artificial intelligence (AI) to create smart, secure banking systems. This development is part of a broader digital transformation strategy outlined by the State Bank of Vietnam, which aims to digitize banking processes and form a comprehensive financial services ecosystem. The initiative has led to significant digitization of banking operations, with over 95% of transactions conducted through digital channels. The banking sector is also increasingly integrated with other sectors such as healthcare, education, and e-commerce, enhancing the user experience and reducing transaction costs.
