According to The Weather Channel, severe weather is forecasted to impact areas from southern Iowa to Oklahoma on Thursday, with cities like Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Kansas City, and Des Moines advised to stay alert. The threat includes heavy rain, hail, and isolated tornadoes. On Friday, the severe weather risk shifts east and south, affecting regions from Texas to Missouri, including the Arklatex and southern Mississippi River Valley. Cities such as Shreveport, Little Rock, Jackson, and Memphis should prepare for potential severe storms.
