Gypsy Rose Blanchard has issued a public apology after recordings of her using racial slurs and making racist comments during her time in prison resurfaced on TikTok. The leaked audio included Blanchard using the N-word and making offensive remarks about her sister's interracial relationship. Following the widespread attention to these recordings, Blanchard reactivated her TikTok account to post an apology video, which she subsequently deleted. In her apology, she acknowledged the racism of her words, took full responsibility, and stated that those attitudes do not reflect her current beliefs. She specifically apologized to her sister, Mia, and Mia's fiancé, Andre Pittman, noting that she had already apologized to them privately and understood if they chose not to forgive her.
