World Economic Forum Reports on India's Rise as Electro-Tech Manufacturing Hub
The World Economic Forum (WEF) has reported that India is rapidly establishing itself as a global hub for electro-tech manufacturing. This development is driven by India's strategic use of low-cost solar energy and battery technology, allowing it to bypass the traditional fossil fuel-heavy growth models of Western economies and China. The report highlights India's significant progress in renewable energy, with solar power accounting for a substantial portion of its electricity generation. Additionally, the country's electronics sector has expanded significantly, supporting the growth of solar panels, batteries, and electric vehicles (EVs).
