BRICS Nations Urged to Lead Africa's Infrastructure Renewal and Foster South-South Value Chains
South Africa has proposed that BRICS nations, specifically Russia, India, and China, take a leading role in the large-scale renewal of Africa's infrastructure. Elias Monage, president of the Black Business Council and chairman of the South African side of the Russia-South Africa Business Council, outlined this proposal during the TV BRICS programme 'BRICS Dialogue.'
