Lebanon High School Valedictorians Emphasize Character and Community in Graduation Speeches
Lebanon High School recently held its commencement ceremony for the Class of 2026, where 12 valedictorians delivered speeches focusing on themes of personal integrity, community, and resilience. The valedictorians highlighted the importance of staying true to oneself, the power of inspiration, and the balance between discipline and rest. They encouraged their peers to build meaningful lives and communities, emphasizing that personal growth and helping others are interconnected goals. The ceremony also paid tribute to Thomas Radley, a classmate who passed away from cancer, celebrating his optimism and strength. Principal Craig Swanson and Superintendent Jennifer Meckley praised the graduates for their achievements and character, urging them to carry the community's pride and values into their future endeavors.
