The RAND Corporation, a non-profit, non-partisan research institution established in 1948 to advise the U.S. government on national security, is actively seeking an AI/Bio Research Project Manager, Operations (Term) for its Center on AI, Security, and Technology (CAST) in Los Angeles. This position is a three-year term appointment with potential for renewal and longer-term employment. The role is described as high-ownership within a fast-moving team, supporting one of RAND's highest-priority research centers. The Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting the Center's people operations and managing the CAST Operations team.
