MIT.nano and Partners Develop Air-Stable 2D Superconductors for Quantum Circuits
Researchers at MIT.nano, supported by various U.S. government and academic institutions, have developed a new encapsulation-epitaxy methodology for producing air-stable 2D superconductors. This advancement is significant for the fabrication of superconducting quantum circuits, as it enables the creation of van der Waals heterostructures on a wafer scale.
