Big White Ski Resort Achieves Record Popularity Post-Pandemic with International Demand
Big White Ski Resort has concluded its 2025-26 season with the highest accommodation rates since the COVID-19 pandemic. The resort attributes this success to a surge in international demand, particularly from Australia and the U.S. west coast. Despite a slower start to the season, the resort experienced high-quality snow conditions, with snow measurements peaking at 208 centimeters in March. The holiday season saw a significant increase in visitors, with over 76,000 lift rides recorded between December 28 and 30. Trevor Hanna, vice-president of hospitality, noted the impressive volume of destination guests during typically slower periods, indicating the resort's strong global presence.
