Vietjet Expands Flight Capacity Amid Vietnam's Peak Travel Season
Vietjet has announced an increase in its flight capacity by adding 130,000 seats across its domestic network from April 25 to May 5, 2026. This expansion is in response to the rising travel demand during Vietnam's peak holiday period, which includes the Hung Kings’ Commemoration Day and the Reunification Day–International Labour Day. The airline's total seat capacity will reach 832,000, marking an 18% increase compared to the previous year. Additionally, Vietjet is offering a limited-time promotion with up to 20% off on Deluxe, SkyBoss, and Business fares using the promo code SALE20, valid until April 11, 2026. This offer applies to travel through August 31, 2026, across Vietjet's entire network, including flights connecting Australian cities like Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth with Ho Chi Minh City.
