The survey also included insights from 100 Time Out city experts. The list features diverse cities known for entertainment, historic museums, and galleries, with no single region or continent dominating the rankings. The survey aimed to capture the overall feeling of living in each city, beyond just recommendations for restaurants and nightlife. Business Insider supplemented the survey with population data from World Population Review and cost-of-living information from Numbeo.
