19th Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission Seeks Applicants for Two Judicial Vacancies
The 19th Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission has announced it is accepting applications to fill two judicial vacancies following the resignations of Circuit Court Judge William L. Roby and Martin County Judge Kathleen H. Roberts. Interested candidates must submit their applications by 5 p.m. EST on Friday, May 15. Applicants are required to be members of The Florida Bar for at least five years, electors of the State of Florida, and residents within the 19th Circuit Court before assuming office. The application process mandates the submission of a complete unredacted application, a redacted version excluding exempt information, and all letters of recommendation. Additionally, financial disclosure information and a recent photograph must be included. The commission will review applications and conduct in-person interviews, with details to be announced later. All proceedings, except deliberations, are open to the public.
