Former Pakistani Lawmaker Safdar Requests Verification of Judicial Commission Member Bhoon's Degree
Former National Assembly member and retired captain Muhammad Safdar has filed a complaint with the Judicial Commission of Pakistan, requesting an urgent verification of the education, bar registration, and professional credentials of commission member Muhammad Ahsan Bhoon. According to Dawn, Safdar's petition, addressed to the commission's secretary, alleges that Bhoon's law degree, which enabled his entry into the legal profession, may be forged, fictitious, or impossible to verify lawfully. Safdar is asking the commission to independently obtain and verify original documents, including details about the educational institution, admission year, study duration, and completion date of Bhoon's legal education.
