Hampton Beach 'Takeover' Events Lead to 51 Arrests Amid Unlawful Assembly

The incidents occurred during two 'Hampton Beach Takeover' events, which were organized via social media and coincided with multiple school skip days. These events attracted thousands to the beach, leading to disorderly conduct, including drinking and fighting. The New Hampshire State Police deployed their Special Events Response Team to assist local police in managing the situation. Despite the chaos, no serious injuries were reported. The police chief assured the public of the beach's safety and emphasized the continued enforcement of laws to maintain order.
