Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's Netflix Mansion Sells for $7 Million Below Original Asking Price
The Montecito mansion, prominently featured in Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's 2022 Netflix documentary, has been sold after nearly five years on the market. Originally listed for $33.5 million in August 2021, the 13,600-square-foot Spanish-style estate struggled to find a buyer despite its high-profile exposure. The property was eventually relisted at a reduced price of $29.99 million in April 2024 and finally sold for $25.95 million on April 21, 2026. The mansion, located near the Sussexes' own home, is one of the most expensive properties sold in Montecito this year. The listing agent, Ryan Malmsten, noted that the home's large square footage was a deterrent for many potential buyers, who preferred smaller homes despite the high price point.
