The summit also showcased AI's impact on healthcare, with Prathyusha Potharaju of Grailmaker Innovations discussing AI-driven customizations for children with neurological conditions. Additionally, AI's role in improving customer support efficiency was noted by Ugyen Dendup of NoMindBhutan. The event underscored AI's sweeping influence across sectors, as noted by Srinath Srinivasa from IIIT Bangalore, who mentioned AI's role in evidence-based policy interventions and digital inclusion.
