Pakistan and New Zealand Enhance Cooperation in Agriculture and Education
Pakistan and New Zealand have taken significant steps to enhance their bilateral cooperation, focusing on agriculture and education. During a Joint Trade Committee meeting in Wellington, both countries signed an Education Cooperation Arrangement aimed at deepening collaboration in the education sector. Discussions also covered improving market access and cooperation in sustainable agriculture, including technical collaboration in wool production and plant protection. The meeting was attended by Pakistan's Commerce Secretary Jawad Paul Khawaja and New Zealand's Grahame Morton. The talks also included a comprehensive review of bilateral relations and discussions on regional and international developments, with both sides agreeing to enhance coordination within multilateral forums.
