Remo Ruffini's Investment Brings Neapolitan Pizzeria to Rome's St. Regis
Concettina ai Tre Santi, a renowned Neapolitan pizzeria, is making its debut in Rome through a temporary takeover at The St. Regis hotel. This initiative is backed by Remo Ruffini, who invested in the pizzeria in 2023 through his Archive Srl vehicle. The pop-up will run from Wednesday to May 20, featuring a new pizza inspired by Rome's classic amatriciana sauce. The event aims to blend Naples' and Rome's culinary traditions, offering staple pizzas alongside new creations by the hotel's executive chef, Francesco Donatelli. The St. Regis will be transformed to reflect the pizzeria's vibrant aesthetic, with live music and DJ sets enhancing the experience. A portion of the proceeds will support the Casa dei Cristallini community organization, which empowers youth in Naples through culinary programs.
