Queen Camilla and King Charles III attended the opening ceremony of the 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, Scotland. The event, held at The Hydro, marked the first Commonwealth Games since the passing of Queen Elizabeth II and the ascension of King Charles III as Head of the Commonwealth. Queen Camilla made a fashion statement in a bespoke Anna Valentine jumpsuit in royal blue, complemented by Eliot Zed kitten heel pumps. The ceremony featured a vibrant display of flags from 74 nations and performances by artists such as Nathan Evans, Tom Walker, and KT Tunstall. The event celebrated Glasgow's history and the spirit of the Games, with a parade of athletes led by African nations.
