Missing Cat Found 30 km Away Reunited with Family on Vancouver Island
Georgie, a cat missing from Campbell River, Vancouver Island, was found 30 kilometers away and reunited with her family. The cat had been missing for two months before being spotted by a volunteer from Campbell River Partners for Animal Welfare (CRPAWS) during a rainstorm. The family, who were on vacation in Mexico, were informed of Georgie's discovery through a registered tattoo. The reunion was emotional, with the family expressing gratitude to the rescue team. CRPAWS, a charity reliant on donations, has been instrumental in reuniting lost pets with their owners.
