Queens Public Library Breaks Ground on New Douglaston-Little Neck Library
The Queens Public Library (QPL) has commenced construction on a new Douglaston-Little Neck Library, marking a significant milestone for the community. The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by QPL President and CEO Dennis M. Walcott, New York City Department of Design and Construction Commissioner Paul Ochoa, and various local officials. The new library is designed to double the public space available, featuring expanded indoor and outdoor areas, state-of-the-art amenities, and sustainable features.
