In response, Iranian leaders, including President Masoud Pezeshkian and Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, have emphasized the unity of the nation and government, dismissing any notion of internal discord. They assert that Iran remains united under the Supreme Leader and is prepared to defend its sovereignty. The situation remains tense as the U.S. continues its naval blockade of Iranian ports, and Iran has reportedly laid more mines in the Strait of Hormuz.
