Jersey City's Historic Loew's Theatre Set to Reopen After $130M Restoration
Loew's Jersey Theatre in Jersey City is scheduled to reopen this fall following a $130 million restoration. The historic venue, originally built in 1929, has undergone significant renovations to modernize its facilities while preserving its ornate Baroque-Rococo architectural style. The restoration project, led by OTJ Architects, includes upgrades such as new sound and lighting systems and flexible seating arrangements, transforming the theater into a year-round entertainment destination.
