Former Kentucky Governor Matt Bevin Ordered to Submit Financial Documents or Face Jail Time
Former Kentucky Governor Matt Bevin has been ordered by a court to submit a complete list of required financial documents by noon on Friday. This directive is part of an ongoing legal dispute involving Bevin, his ex-wife Glenna, and their adopted son Jonah. The court had previously instructed Bevin to provide this financial information over a year ago. However, Bevin delayed for more than two months before submitting the information, which was found to be incomplete. As a result, the court has issued a final extension for Bevin to comply, failing which he will face 60 days in jail and a $500 fine. The court documents indicate that the ordered information and the associated penalties for non-compliance are not subject to appeal.
